From the snow capped mountains of Tibet and the land of the Dalai Lama, these wonderful Buddhist sutra (sermons) manuscript pages written in Tibetan script, using a stylus and silver ink. The prayers were scribed onto a black background on pages made from mulberry tree leaves. The manuscript pages come from Buddhist monasteries, and the more luxurious the manuscript, the richer the monastery. These books date to the 17th century, and are highly prized by collectors. They can also be supplied framed (additional; please advise).
