    Southern Italy, 4th Century BC

    Separately priced southern Italian kantharoi.

    A (Left), Twin handled kantharos with black slip over whole (red-wash in parts) and applied red-figure palmette on either face; Twin pairs of parallel lines flanking either side of handle. Cracked and repaired on one side; Measures 5.5cm x 8cm; Priced £125.00

    B (Right), Twin handled kantharos with good black slip and applied red decoration consisting of band of double chevrons with two red lines below between the handles on either face; In excellent condition, with only a few minor marks here and there; Measures 5.5cm x 8cm; Priced £115.00
